Absolutely, each puppy is backed by a full health warranty covering verifiable genetic conditions. This protection remains valid so long as the dog is raised on a natural, species-specific diet and is kept free from harmful chemical treatments.
What is the return policy if my circumstances change?
We have a firm 'lifetime return' policy. If you can no longer care for your dog, we require that the dog be returned to us at any stage of its life. This is a no questions asked policy.Â
When do I sign the final adoption agreement?
The agreement is typically finalized and signed on the day you pick up your puppy, after all final health checks are completed and confirmed.
